Support Policy: Getting a Response From CCEC

1. You have not applied yet: see the Admission Application page for the process.
2. You applied but have no offer yet: allow 20 to 25 business days for a decision. It is sent by email, so check your inbox and spam folder.
3. You received an offer letter: to verify your status, follow Admission Offer and Acceptance. For questions, contact the admissions administrator named on your offer letter with your full name and reference number.
4. You received an LOA: contact the admissions administrator named on your offer letter.
5. Accounts and fees: email Admissions and CPD Courses.

Response Times

• Our standard email response time is 24 to 48 business hours.
• Sending many emails to different accounts or teams delays the response, and messages may be deleted.
• We treat all students equally. Inquiries are handled in the order received, and response time depends on volume.

Technical Support

• CCEC does not give general or technical support by phone or email without the support form. Once we receive the form, the support manager responds within 24 business hours.
• Answers to common questions are available any time on 24/7 Online Support.
• Instructor support is available 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. See your course page in the LMS for directions.
• CCEC staff do not provide personal computer or software training or assistance. If you cannot find a solution in the common questions, email Admissions and CPD Courses.
